"Slick Rod" Door Prop Rods
These are great for holding your doors open at cars
shows, etc. They prevent wind from blowing your doors and keep people
off your running boards while enabling you to display your car's interior.
One end slips over the striker bolt and "locks" in position.
- the other end snaps into your latch jaws. For use on cars with rotary
latches. Kit includes three collars to fit latches with 1/2",
9/16", and 11/16" striker size.

Latch Installation Kit
This kit makes installing latches a lot easier and faster.
The latch plate is machined to fit the latch and simply welds into
the door after trimming out a section where you want the latch to
be. The striker bolt plate has a floating nut so you can adjust the
striker after installation. It also welds into the post. Kits are
available for the bearjaw and small rotary latches above. Stainless
screws are included. Select size from the pulldown menu below when
ordering.
The install kits for the locking latch are shown here in green. These
features a weld in plate with the
correct bolt pattern for the locking latch. It converts your door over to make
installation a lot simple. The kit comes with floating nut plates for the
striker and stainless installation screws.

Stainless Steel Strikers
Stainless steel strikers are available for those who
prefer a substitute for the standard steel stikers that come with
bearjaw and small rotary latches. Ideal for use for "Slick Rod"
