Sliding Hood Caddys
A neat way to hold your hood up (which earned NSRA's
Best New Product for 1987 Award). The prop rod slides up and down as
you open and close your hood. In the up position, the prop rod locks
with a thumbscrew so the hood can't fall or be knocked over. This
also prevents the wind from knocking your hood over. Rods are made
from stainless with aluminum polished ends. Availavle for '28-'36 cars with three-piece
hoods and '37-'38 Fords.

Caddies for Four-Piece Hoods
These caddies mount to the upper corners of the firewall
with two stainless steel studs and will hold both sides of the hood
up on most cars with four-piece hoods. They feature aluminum bodies
with stainless steel arms. The spring-loaded arms pull out and lock
in the up and down positions. Caddies for four-piece hoods are available
in polished finish with vinyl covers on the arms.
