Electric License Plate Retractor

This plate retractor was designed to provide installation in a minimum amount of space. It is under 1-1/2 inches tall in the tracted position. The main housing is 4" x 6", the license place mount is 8" x 8". It is manufactured from aluminum, comes with a brushed finish, and is designed to lower the license plate when the ignition switch is turned on. A separate switch can be installed in the system to keep the license plate up or down while ignition is being operated. Mounting is by 2 holes provided in the top cover plate. License frame not included.

Mounts over the fender well. Everything is hidden after installation except the machined ball-millled aluminum arms which attach to the trunk lid. These arms are satin finished. The unit is reversible to work on either side of your vehicle. The actuators are available with either 100 or 200 pound rated actuators.

Trunk lifts are available with the following aluminum arms: ball mill lines, round holes, or windows. Please specify when ordering.
